Peter Karcher’s Submission in Galactic – “Ha Di Ka” Remix Contest.
Here is my entry to a remix contest of a really funky, groovy, funkin’ song by New Orleans band Galactic. Please take a minute to have a listen and leave a comment.
Having lived many years in the Caribbean I immediately fell in love with the carnival vibe of this song, and the funky groove.
I did my best to keep that “organic” feeling in my remix, only adding some percussions, and speeding the tempo up just slightly.
